MY Best Restaurant in LA

In my humble opinion, Los Balcones del Peru is the best restaurant in Los Angeles.

Aji sauce

fortune teller/palm reader next door

large green dumpster outside

No florescent lighting!

Affordable :)

Cons:

slow service
